Orders are processed against confirmed size, quantity and agreed specifications. Customers should verify OD, ID, thickness, material/grade, finish, quantity and packing requirements before order confirmation.
Custom-size or made-to-order washers are generally not eligible for return due to a change in customer requirement or preference after production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If supplied material is alleged to be non-conforming, notify FM STEEL TRADERS promptly with invoice/order reference, affected quantity, issue description and supporting photos/measurements.
Current checks include OD, ID, thickness and visual checks for defects, rust and cracks. Additional tolerances, material grades, inspection plans or certifications must be agreed before the order.
If a manufacturing or supply error is confirmed, FM STEEL TRADERS may replace affected material or provide another mutually agreed commercial adjustment depending on the quantity and nature of the issue.
Visible packaging or material damage should be documented at delivery and reported promptly with photographs and delivery documents.
Final pricing, freight, packing, payment terms, finish and other commercial conditions are confirmed in the quotation/order confirmation.
